Our experience is only with Scott Salsbery in this office and we are extremely disappointed. There were many mistakes in his work and he never took accountability for his work. Fixing the mistakes costed us penalties but also a lot of $$$ in his hourly rate. I find it is utterly unfair to think these CPAs can charge for advice, make mistakes and charge you again to fix it (and we are left with not just these 2 bills but bills from IRS too). So is it in their interest to do things right the first time? Where is accountability? No other professionals can get away with such mistakes.
I created a google account just to review P&A. Expensive and lazy. I'm not going to name names, but I hope the new management takes a closer look at their 'associates' activities.
