The owner of the business yelled profanities at me because I was asking him why one part of my bike wasn't fixed but the other part of my bike was. Meaning one pedal was put on and one pedal was not. I was asking him to explain it to me and he just told me to get out of this business and to leave and never come back and called me profanity out the door. I would recommend going down to open house ministries for your bike work in the Couve
Bought a couple bikes here. The staff I worked with on the floor were good to work with. The owner, however, was not. I bought a new higher quality seat. They keep your old seat. Why don't they give it to you? You PAID for both of them. Here's the bet part; after about three months of riding around the roads of the 'couve, I 'm enjoying a ride, and my seat simply SHEERS OFF. I go ass over teakettle and the seat catapults, lost forever in the berry bushes. I still have the sheered lost as evudence, so no worries. They don't replace the seat though. No, no. They put the old seat back on. I asked about this, but his reply was simply "this is the only seat you're getting". Seriously? You mean the seat I bought that you kept? Don't go here. Over priced shoddy equipment and an owner who doesn't care.
If you are need internet service head DT to Main st where bike Clark county is a none profit that helps kids to learn bike safety and get them outdoors. Or if your looking to purchase there's Camas bikes that is great customer service and has a huge variety of bikes!
I've bought two bikes here, and they were friendly and accommodating to our special requests. I usually get quick service, especially if it's a small repair. If you or your kids are an avid biker, they are a great shop in a good location.
Needed help with my son's bike. Was told Saturday to bring it down at some point and something could be rigged. Husband took it down yesterday and was basically wasted his time. Not sure why they'd say they'd attempt to try and then condescend to a potential patron. We didn't expect a fix but after the phone call we expected an attempt instead of immediate denial. Treat others how you'd like to be treated. Waste of time and a dang drive across town.
