Stellar, above and beyond customer service and problem solving skills. We had a critical machine go out of commission, we called all the local experts to come troubleshoot the machine. No one was available for a week. By chance, I spoke with Greg about our issue at which point he dropped what he was doing to come rescue us. Within 20- 30 minutes he had our machine fully functional again.

While Greg was here, we had a catastrophic plumbing issue occur (it was a Monday to be remembered!). He let us know Mr. Electric has a local sister company, Mr Rooter, that he highly recommends. Greg called them on our behalf and had someone out within 90 minutes. Sure enough Mr Rooter’s knowledgeable team problem solved an ongoing issue other companies had not figured out yet. Thanks to Greg, our nightmare Monday had a happy ending.
