seriously clueless and rude people work there. tried to tell me my package would cost $75, went to post office right after and paid around $9. By the way, your idiotic political posters on the wall demonizing peaceful protest in this country are beyond stupid. we're a military family and are not offended by a prayer kneel against police brutality. I have nothing against constructive dialogue but north korea /nfl sign is beyond ridiculous. will never set a foot in your business.
They get busy sometimes, however they are helpful and convenient. Worth it!

Very rude people, I received a package the instantly called me saying to pick it up. They said I had tell the 27th I call on the 27 to confirm it's still there since I was out of town. They were rude to the point I was fuming out the ears. No one needs to be talked to like that. They said they were gonna send it back on the 27th after they said I had tell the 27th.... avoid this company at all cost if you have valuable packages and want then safe and secure with a bit of customer service. I'm disgusted with the service they provided.
