Just let me know I could cart the bricks to my truck one at a time to save myself some headache. Thanks for making sure I had time to complete my project today Home Depot.

I rented a 6in wood chipper from Home Depot it is $200 for 4 hours or $269 for all day. I got the cheaper around 10 in the morning rented it for the whole day. Got the chipper to my property and guess what was not working called Home Depot they had someone come and fix it for me it took them to 2 p.m. just to show up. By 3:00 pm got fixed. I try to run it was still not working properly. By around 5:30 I brought it back to Home Depot. I told them about the problem they said they will take care of me. Home Depot in the end charged me $200 minimum for 4 hours which is very unfair not only I didn't do the job I supposed to but wasted my whole day. Bad Business by Home Depot very bad business that's my last time doing business with Home Depot.

I never have commented on any place before but I feel Home Depot on Andersen Rd. needs complimented on their excellent customer service. I make my living on my tools and when they were stolen out of my truck the Manager stepped up and gave me a $25 discount to replace them. It's not about the money, it was about the kindness of one tradesman to another. Very nice to see old fashioned kindness from a " big chain store". Thank you. Rick Ingle

50 minutes to have someone bring out a pallet of cinderblocks to my truck. Meanwhile I watch 2 employees load some plywood in another guys trailer while 3 watched them load it. My 3 year old was not happy waiting and neither was I. 2 forklifts sat idle next to my truck the whole time as well.

Came in at about 6pm on a Wednesday to get a few small things for a project. I stayed for over an hour and during my visit I was not approached, greeted or asked if I was finding everything okay. I only saw 3 employees on the floor, none of which made more than a split second of eye contact with me. It's not as if I looked like I wanted to be left alone, I had my very sweet 1 1/2 yo dog with me. Every other customer that walked by us either had a big smile or asked to pet my dog. When I had a question about an item location there were no employees to be found within 3-5 isles, and if I did see one they pretended like I didn't exist. I ended up using the app to find all my items. One of those items was not on the shelf, but showed a case in inventory. I located it in top stock and had to help myself as there were no employees within a 5 isle radius. Don't worry Home Depot, I use to manage a stock team. I got that item case cut for you and the box broken down. I needed some cable cut. There was of course, no one remotely near me, and no call button at the cutting station, so I ended up getting a precut length that was less than ideal. The only person to talk to me was the cashier. When asked if I found everything okay I had to answer "no". When I told her my experience she was shocked and encouraged me to fill out their survey on the receipt. I've never had such a poor experience at a Home Depot before. I hope they were just thrown off by daylight savings or something. Let's hope that next time goes smoother. Fingers crossed!

I was there for about an hour and no one asked me if I needed help. I didn't actually want help, so it wasn't a bad thing, but I appreciate Home Depot over Lowe's because of their good customer service. I'm sure if I looked more desperate, someone likely would have approached.
