Great personal small business. Tim does beautiful work directly in his shop which is important to me. I didn't want our wedding rings sent out for repair. It's great to see true craftsmanship right in my own neighborhood. I like supporting our local businesses as well. Just got our rings back and they look as beautiful as when they were new. Thanks!

Poor customer service! I came into this establishment requesting some pricing on some estate jewelry, maybe 15 pieces, yes, I did come in 20 min before they closed; however, I work in La Center and they close at 4:30, which makes it quite the challenge. The first response I received from the guy at the counter was, "I don't have time for you". Then he went on how he charges $100 an hr. just to tell me what he'll give me for the estate jewelry. So I asked him, since he did only have 20 min until close, if he could just look at one particular piece, I received the same response before I could finish my sentence, "I don't have time for you". I'd recommend Erik Runyan Jewelers, as he went through over 50 pieces for FREE with no questions asked.

Tim crafted a beautiful custom designed wedding ring to fit some diamond that were handed down to me. The ring was absolutely exquisite and the design flowed together perfectly. I get so many compliments on my one of a kind ring. Tim was also very helpful in suggesting the size I needed as well as always offering to clean it when I came back in. I would definitely go back to Tim for any jewelry needs or fixes in the future.
