We have never used dry-cleaning service before, and I was disappointed that the clothes weren't ready even the day AFTER they told us they would be done. And they also lost our pants, the day before we needed them for a wedding. They weren't bad... just not wonderful.
Took in my tux to get it dry cleaned. I had some sort of stain on it. They were able to remove it 100%! When I checked-in the lady upfront was very friendly and took an interest in me. My clothes got done sooner than expected. Will definitely be using them for ANY drycleaning.
Mark and barb are spectacular. I've been using their pickup/delivery service for about 2yrs now. They do their best to ensure my preferences are followed (not 100% consistent there) but they do strive for perfection ... And that's all you can realistically ask for.
