Staff was great, other guests not so much. A hoard loudly trampled in at 11:42pm and caused so much noise in the halls for such a long time it woke up myself and all 3 of my children and we were kept awake for hours by the noise. This was a Sunday night/Monday morning, and not the typical crowd I would have expected to be checking in.
Nice pool, good breakfast spread, clean room, comfortable bed, quiet. The quality I've come to expect from a holiday inn.
Nice place to stay, your standard Holiday Inn. Could be more parking in the front and breakfast was not that great as they don't have home made waffles. The one person working at breakfast had too much to do and could not keep up with some things like the apple juice not working.
Nice rooms with friendly service. There's also a good amount of restaurants and stores nearby.
The rooms are very nice and the location is very convenient. However, if you are using this hotel for a business trip I would probably recommend staying somewhere else. There is almost no cell service in the rooms and the internet drops in and out every 10 minutes.
