Hostess was lazy, maybe it was timing (they were at the bar talking) our first visit. After we got the phone girl to seat us (20 min) we had a great waiter, very friendly. The food was fast and good, served hot, for a group of 7 that's great. Appetizers were great, and the kids menu hit the spot.
The other members thought the food was great, but they only got wings. I would say that anything other than wings will not be excellent. However, I might be slightly biased because now my tooth hurts and it will probably come out in a week. The service was great, and we had no wrong orders. The atmosphere is nice, but it is named "Buffalo Wild Wings" for a reason, not "Sports Bar With Wings and a Nice Atmosphere"
It was our first time coming, and we thought the food would be fast. For 12 wings, two fries, and four chicken tenders, it took 20 minutes. There were around seven other tables filled, so the wait wasn't awful.
When we got our food, my food, the chicken tenders, had two large tenders and two medium tenders, plus a small one. They were warm, but the side of fries was not. You could taste the condensation in the fries, making me think they were left out for some time. They were lukewarm and slightly hard.
Waitresses on the weekday evenings, during happy hour are awesome! They remember mine and my husband's drinks every time we come in, and always make us feel welcome. No matter how busy they are, the girls(two of them specifically) make us feel like we are the only patrons in the restaurant. Bailey, and another sweet, brunette(she's a bartender there as well) always serve us, and we love them! Also, the 5 dollar pulled pork sandwich is AWESOME, as well as the 3.50 margaritas at Happy Hour. The location at Hazel Dell has become a favorite of ours. Keep up the good work!
When I ate a chicken, it was hard. The other two members sharing the wings said they were "very good", "cool", and "great". I continued to eat my soggy French fries and hard tenders. The breading was around three to four millimeters thick I would assume. They slightly hurt to eat. I bit into one of the chicken tenders, the smallest one, and my tooth started to bleed and wiggle. However, I was favoring that side of my mouth to eat. The meat itself was just dry, and I would think they were fast food from a drive in.
The food was fine, but trying to leave was a pain in the ass. We had 8 different wait staff walk right past us completely ignoring us. Wouldn't give us the check, honestly thought about just leaving. I will not be going back. Don't go here if you're in a hurry to leave. Or if you like the staff to actually pay attention to you.
We come here pretty regularly and always enjoy the food, the drinks, and of course the games and atmosphere! But I wanted to give a special review to our waitress, named Bailey, who noticed our card still on the table and immediately bolted after us. She was working in the bar juggling a ton of tables on a Sunday football day so the fact that she took the time to chase us down was very, very thoughtful and we were so impressed! 30 seconds later we would've already been gone as we were already pulling out of the parking lot. Thank you so much Bailey! Great, great service!
