Only move here if you want to see your rent go up by over $100 each lease! Then when we try to talk to the leasing office about it, all they can say is, I understand your point. No, sorry they don't otherwise you wouldn't be simpering that BS to me!

In short, they just don't care.
We had a very pleasant experience while we were living at the facility. The staff was very nice and always seemed to want to help. However upon moving out and my wife and I thoroughly cleaning every room of the apartment the management sent us a bill with out final payments and much to our surprise, we owed money after they checked us out. They said that they required deep cleaning of almost every room and that our deposit was not enough. When we tried to contact the management but were dodged and never given a straight answer on why the payment was so high. Very disappointed with the management. Be very aware when renting that they WILL gouge you and you Will Not get your deposit back.
We have always paid on time, there has never been a complaint about us and we always make sure to keep the place inside and out clean.
Terrible!! I had a neighbor run his car thru my unit yesterday and it was deemed unlivable by the inspector.. They gave me option to move to another unit BUT at my own expense... They wouldn't even compensate me $60 for a U-Haul. I explained I drive a 2dr coupe so I'd incur costs moving to new unit, of course not even considering the cost of my time.. Emily who is the "Business Manager" said it is not there fault and that they've given me options. (They did give me options, however none of which benefit myself/victim of this situation.) Why I know it's not there fault, I think they should be liable for this situation considering it could be resolved with Uhaul. Emily who is hard headed manager wants to play hardball and make me go thru Corp Office to fight for compensation... Game on!
I'm renewing my lease. The front office is always courteous, friendly understanding and efficient at resolving any issues quickly. They care about their residents. The maintenance crew are knowledgeable, neighborly, and thoroughly professional. You want to take a minute to catch your breath outside because the property always looks nice. This is a great place to live
