Again, I was not told or suggested that you had seasonal brush offs or that you could not perform the service as discussed on site! I'm getting tired of being told untruths so that you can justify a bad review. Your staff was not polite or courteous once they gave the quick message and hung up as I was asking why, that is ridiculous. I get it, once there is no job or an unwanted job you could care less. Why did it take all this time to get the information you just gave me, when it could have been told prior to or at least at the onsite meeting? Again, I was told that I would get a quote that night or the next morning, that is the truth! I'm done with this, as it is very irritating, there was no responsible apology for your estimator not getting back to me as he stated, or for your staffs rudeness, it must be a company policy. My review stands.
I just had the worst experience with this company! Sales consultant Ian came to my house for a bid on cleaning, doing maintenance and some repairs on the tile. He told me that he would give me a detailed bid that night or the next morning. Hearing nothing for 4 days, I called the office of NW Roofing Maintenance and Kelly in the office was very short, rude and ultimately hung up on me, with no explanation, simply that they could not do the job and I should get someone else! I did not understand, and I had been very nice and patient, so I called back for an explanation as this took me by surprise. Emily answered and I explained what had happened and wondered if there had been a mistake, as after spending time with Ian at my house going over the details of the bid, this made no sense. She finally told me that it was because I had told Ian that I did not want a heavy pressure washing of all the roof, just a lighter pressure wash to remove the moss and then treat the entire roof with moss control, so that the tiles did not get more porous from an intense pressure. Ian could have told me at that time if there was a problem, but as he left I was expecting the bid as he had stated. What a complete waste of my time and the worse experience of customer service, lack of honest clear communication, that I have experienced in this industry. This interaction has left me feeling a real void in customer service and consideration. Don't believe the initial tone when you first call, if they do not get exactly what they want your hung up on, because somebody else may call that they can take advantage of! Very disheartened, no back bone Ian, shame on you and your office staff covering for you!

Called for moss removal and gutter cleaning. It was done quickly and completely, and everything that was advertised was completed. The representative was friendly, courteous and very competent. Cleanup was sufficient, but the paperwork stated that there would be some unavoidable detritus about. I doubt if anyone provides a better service.
The folks at Northwest Roof Maintenance have a “can do” attitude. I asked for a quote to secure ridge caps on a cedar shake roof, and while they were up there, to change a outside flood light bulb and make sure the gutters and downspouts were clear. Shelby showed up and took care of all the tasks in a resourceful and professional manner a day ahead of schedule. No problem.

Our repairman arrived exactly on time, in uniform, and was polite and professional. The repair was done quickly. They also treated our roof for moss. We had anticipated a huge expense this year to replace our roof, but Northwest Roof helped us extend the life of our roof, and the cost was very reasonable.They communicated everything, answered all my questions, provided a written estimate, and there were no surprises in our bill. I would highly recommend this company. Our experience was nothing but positive, from the first phone call to the repair day.
