Everyone there is very friendly and helpful especially Chris Cato, the branch manager. He really helped me in when I came in for an auto loan this past weekend. I didn't have to haggle with the salesperson at the dealership and he told me the current value of each car I was looking for so I could make a move informed decision. They also do insurance so I'm going back to have quote me on my car insurance and homeowners insurance.
I have been a member at Alaska USA for a little over a year now. Their customer service is unmatched. Everyone at the Salmon Creek branch is so friendly and nice. They have great rates too. I have my auto, mortgage and credit card with them because they offer low, competitive rates. I'm also saving over a thousand dollars a year on my car insurance because of the free insurance quote they did in the branch for me.
After a major move across the country, my wallet was stolen for the first time. Great banch of Alaska USA FCU - They helped me out and gave me a ton of useful info about my situation and account. Highly recommend.
Today i was helped by Aaron. i went in to get a loan to buy a truck which didn't happen.(my faults not theirs) but i was there for a good 2 hours. even through it didn't happen i can still say i got the best customer service from Aaron and other team members.
