Salon is in the basement makes it hard for others to go down the stairs. Nice interior. Hairdressers seem okay. I had to go back a second time because the hairdresser I used missed a few key trimming points, so that's why it's not getting 5 stars
They care about your hair and want to make sure you walk away satisfied. If they feel a process will damage your hair they will advise against it. Great staff!
