There needs to be rules pin extra shots... be careful.. way stronger then Starbucks

Good customer service and fair priced, good tasting coffee. I would prefer home baked local treats. The chocolate chip cookie dough looked brown and the banana bread was too sweet. Clean

They are better than Starbucks. But I was told "how good they are", and honestly I was dissapointed. Adding an edit: most people that go into a coffee bar that advertises WiFi expect it to have wifi. And then when asking about it not get told "it shuts off sometimes" without any attempt to put it back on. The only reason I justify spending more than a dollar on a cup of coffee is because of the Wi-Fi. So you would think out of consideration for their customers if their Wi-Fi was not working they would at least have some sort of sign or notification because a lot of us going to a coffee bar expect WiFi. Nope. Took my money, didn't care, no contact info for the store online or even their main office. This company literally does not care.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. About a 20 minute wait just to get to order (you cannot leave drive thru as you are locked in) and then I order not necessarily what I want because I can't really read their menu positioned in a very poor spot. Then while I wait for my coffees to be made I over hear the 4 girls inside talk bad about customers. I work in retail and I get customers can be frustrating but you NEVER talk bad about them in front of other customers! The coffee I received were drinks I have ordered from other establishments, so I know what to expect. These are awful! Too sweet, very little coffee. When I try to call to complain it takes forever to locate a phone number for this particular location, when I finally do they do not answer. I try calling another location and same thing. From this experience I will never be a patron of this or any other Black Rock coffee whatever it's called.

My daughters friend was very excited to celebrate her 16th birthday at this coffee shop. Supposedly, if it’s your birthday you get a free drink. Well, she showed school ID, as she has yet to have a state issued one. She tried proving how it was her birthday in other ways as well (come on! there was a group of kids there with birthday gifts in hand), and she was still denied her drink. I think that’s a bit much and very disappointing on the staffs behalf. I’d rather give my business to another establishment.
