Amazing! As a new patient, I'm completely impressed and my expectations were surpassed. Called to make an appointment and I was seen the same day - Dr. Alder worked his magic and I was good as new. All the staff are extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Didn't feel rushed and was taken care of during the entire visit. Dr. Alder and all the staff are very personable and made me feel like part of the family. Impressed by the quality of work by Dr. Alder, Bethany and all the staff.
And I had the easiest, quickest filling ever here. He didn't use the weird rubber thing or numb my whole cheek. He only numbed the tooth and used cotton balls to keep the area dry.. MUCH better and more comfortable than any other filling I've ever had.
Never wanted to go to the dentist in the past, now I look forward to going. They are all SUPER at Alder Dental, love the whole staff.
Dr. Alder went above and beyond for me. I've been going to him for four years and receive the best care and cleanings. This was my second emergency situation. He is a kind and caring person and I couldn't recommend him more highly.
The exams are long, but very thorough, and they actually tell you everything that's going on with your teeth (not just what they think you need to know). And a huge plus, I thought: they use warm water to rinse your mouth. I've never had a dentist do that, but it's SO much more comfortable!!

3 months ago they installed a crown that another dentist said needed to be extracted. They took a 3d model of my mouth and computer cut the crown on the spot so I don't need to come for a second visit. A small touch which I thought was HUGE: They checked with my insurance during my consultation and gave me the price breakdown before scheduling my visit. Wow! I have never had and dental/medical service do this. Also, everyone at the office was very friendly. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!
I recently had a dental emergency on a Sunday (an old broken filling and broken tooth). I called the office and the message said they were closed on Mondays, but also gave Dr. Alder's personal cell phone number in the message. When I called him, he offered to come in on Monday -- his day off! He met me there and repaired the tooth with a crown. It is beautiful and no more pain!
The dentist is very personable and a good dentist, and the staff are really friendly.
