Good inventory. Prices higher than expected. That would keep me from going back. Clerks helpful and friendly.
They have the best selection of yarn! I was super impressed. I wont be going anywhere else for yarn.
Horrible experience. Went in to pick up some art supplies. Store was empty so I went up front to ask for help. Item was locked. Waited 10 minutes however no one showed up. Not very much stock on art supplies. Just peel and stick. They missed a sale.
They have many sales here, if you get on their mailing list you can receive coupons in the mail. I would recommend this. Fabric section is large as is the jewelry, beading area. Not many books or magazines though.
Great customer service. Their selection isn’t anywhere as good as other Joann’s, but I still come here first for my crafting supplies.
