I have never had worse customer service in my life! First of all, my friend and I were completely ignored when we entered the store and as we shopped for twenty minutes. It wasn't until 5 minutes before closing that a pushy, rude employee decided to tell us that they will be leaving at 9pm and they do NOT allow customers to continue shopping, so we need to finish up. At 8:59 they had the gall to completely turn off all the lights in the store. It was pitch black! After we stood there in the dark for about 30 seconds one of the girls yelled out that the lights automatically shut off at 9pm and they have no control over it. At that point I was ready to leave my cart full of merchandise and never shop there again, but then I decided they obviously would care less if they lost my business, so I decided to check out anyway. The girl at the cash register gave me a smug smile as I walked up to purchase my items.
A good place to go if you need to find decorations. The only thing I wish they had was a better invitation selection. They have no holiday invitations Pre-made. they would have received a 5-star rating if they had some.
I went to get party supplies for my son's birthday, sales Clerks were not helpful at all & in fact very rude I don't Recommend anyone going to this store Poor Service I give them D-
Whoever owns/manages this store should do a better job hiring. I will never spend money there again. I wish I could give them negative stars.
I would not recommend this party city at all. Every time I come in I can't find a single employee and when I do they don't know much about the product. I would recommend going to the mill plain Party City by trader Joe's. They are always right there when you need help. Also they have a better deal on latex balloons.
Best Parry City that I've been. Tons of stuff, well organized, and helpful staff.
