First off the employees are always very nice and the food is always great! I called in to place an order and mentioned the online special they had for 2, 2 topping medium pizzas for 6.99 each. I asked for extra cheese on one and sausage and olives on the other. We always get one cheese as my son doesn't like anything else. I was abruptly told that they can not give me the special unless I have 2 toppings on each pizza.(the cheese alone doesn't count.) So I asked them to put 2 x the cheese on it to make up for the toppings but the guy said that it had to be 2 different toppings. I asked if I am forced to have the extra topping can they put it on the side. His answer again no! This is the most ludicrous policy I have ever seen at a pizza chain. You shouldn't be forced to put toppings on the pizza when you don't want them. By not taking it I'm actually saving them money. I think I will stick to dominoes so I don't have to deal with this ridicoulusness!
Papa Johns is my favorite delivery pizza, that is why it is so dissapointing that this location has had history of not so great customer service. However, that being said upper managment acknowledged all of my concerns and complaints and I have noticed alot of improvement since. Thanks papa johns for listening to customer feedback!
The flavor is good, but toppings were thin. On their menu board was a deal for a 2 topping medium pizza. When we ordered they said they couldn't honor it because that deal wasn't going on anymore, they just hadn't changed their menu board yet.
This place is complete garbage and I would give it 0 stars if I could the old senile cashier lady was rude because I guess my order was too complicated when I just wanted to switch bqq to white sauce and we waited for 35 mins for the pizza after we were told it would be 20 mins and then it turns out I didn't even get the pizza I ordered they do not deserve anyone's business avoid at all costs.
This was our 1st and last time we will ever use this place, the lady who took our order was over charging us for a delivery 1st gave us a price of 34.00 and change which was later corrected to 27.00 and change, then to top it off she took down the wrong address, after several phone calls we never did receive the pizza. After speaking with Dan the manager on duty on the date of 08-31-2017 at 2050 hrs the issue was unable to be corrected. Heck the Manager on duty couldn't even find the order he was lost and unsure of himself. I guess this is expected of a fast food pizza deliver business... Crappy customer service.... OH! note the location in question is ONLY 4 blocks from my front door not even 1/4 mile.
