Great customer service great pizza. I'm happy I will order again.
Pizza was so bad and undercooked we couldn't even finish 1 slice and our 8 wing order had 6 wings. They said they credited our account back the value of our order and that we have to call there store back for our next order to redeem that. Pizza Hut I like you but I feel like a got screwed tonight.
I ordered 2 pizzas online carryout. They wrote that the pizza would be ready in about 20 minutes, which would be 12:48. I came in a little bit earlier and the pizza was ready 2 minutes in advance. Customer service from the worker was great. Would recommend this place to anyone. Very good rating, awesome service.
This one is a take out or delivery hut only. This is NOT a sit down location. It's tucked away in the corner and can be hard to get too if there is a lot of patrons for the other places, but that problem has been reduced since the Safeway closed.
That said... this pizza hut pizza is the same as the rest.
Anyone that has eaten at a Pizza hut understands that they are all about the same. I personally like Pizza hut, but I know some that don't. That said, I'm reviewing this one against the merits of other Pizza huts.
The Pizza Hut at 11501 NE 76th St A-1, Vancouver, WA 98662 is really really slow when it comes to delivery it took nearly an hour and 15 minutes, with that said when I phoned to check on the status the CSR working on Sunday Nov, 19th 2017 @ 1pm was really unprofessional and rude, customer service is not her strongest area. The driver was nice and friendly, the pizza was hot the French fries we not all that good but the kids liked them.
They are on par with other Pizza Huts when it comes to ordering online. But with the small entry, if you want to order there, you have a very uncomfortable wait for your pizza. Word to the wise... order ahead of time and you won't have to stay long.
