I routinely go to this location. I've only ever had good experiences here. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. I've had a couple of mess-ups with my order, but the staff handled it professionally and didn't charge me for the extra supplies. The plaza it's located in can be a bit hectic in the late afternoon and evening due to traffic, but I enjoy taking my business to this location.
Rude old man at the desk...not helpful....also there is a very large, smelly dog that hangs out by the door, very intimidating....I will never be back.

Glad you're in our neighborhood but you need to work with your Sunday afternoon staff person on being more personable. She seemed very bothered with having to help a customer... Her job right?
I read several bad reviews and have a very hard time believing they are talking about this location. I have always been treated very well, everyone has been very courteous, polite and helpful. I also must arrive at just the right time(s), because it never seems to take long at all. Could it be one gets what they give? I just wanted to let people know, there are those of us that have never had a bad experience at this FedEx Store; quite the contrary! Thank you for the polite and professional assistance.
Brought in a package exactly as Kitchenaid and Fedex instructed me to do and they refused to take the package unless I paid a $10.99 upcharge for them to repack it.
