Quiet ,calm office,like the people working there.
Vets are always changing and the charts seems to not reflect the prior Dr's plan for your pet. Manager is rude and condescending. He should be ashamed of his manners. I get meds filled every six month and they don't keep records of it. This place is so bad that even the staff told me they recommend Columbia vet over Benfield. Very sad.
I haven't been here in about six months, but I've had nothing but good experiences. They discovered a malignant tumor on my dog and after his surgery, the veterinarian explained the whole process and follow-up over the phone to me. They always say my dog's name when I walk in and everyone is so sweet. I live in SE Portland but I still make the drive up because I like this location and how organized they are.
The pet care has been great, the staff is friendly, but not everyone knows what's going on.
