HORRIBLE!!!!! PLEASE do not take your pets here. You do not get what little you pay for . It will cost more in the long run with their misdiagnoses and poor/rough treatment of pets. The staff is rude, I waited 2 hours and during that time several people walked in and out with complaints. Banfeild is just as affordable and it is clean and professional!!!
This office has taken great care of our cats for years. When it came time to end life for our beloved Ashley they were so kind and calm. They took care of me as well in an extremely hard situation.their spaces are always clean and staff is very helpful.
Thorough, cutting edge, kind, service. I would never take my pets anywhere else. I drive up from SE Portland because I know I will never have to worry about the quality of care here. Everything is carefully explained, and always makes sense. No overcharging, either.
