James was really helpful in answering all our questions and getting us through the process of buying a car. We love the car BUT, when he went to the finance manager (I hate that process!), they would not give me a $600 off sticker price. Not a penny off! No trade in and paying cash, I was really disappointed. The salesman had no say in this. He said if the car was valued at $25,000, maybe they could have given us the $600. REALLY?!! Why can't we talk to the decision maker?!
I went in today with no appointment or anything and saw Jim right away. He was kind and very personable. He worked with us all afternoon. He listened to our need a and our concerns and was able to get us into a much newer and nicer vehicle then I was expecting. I was very satisfied with the service and the entire experience. Came in not knowing what was even available to me. Was met in the parking lot and treated with genuine kindness from the get go. We had to leave for an appointment but we were kept up with EVERYTHING! We were able to get a safe vehicle and everything was explained to us so that it was easily understood. Jim and Doug are our Angels! They also helped us with speaking to our insurance company. Not many people willingly stay late to help like this. Thank you!
I really didn't go in expecting to get a car, I really went to find out what I needed to do in order to get one in the future. But, they were willing to help and found me a car that I really am enjoying. They were understanding, helpful, thoughtful, and amazing (especially Nichole Banks). I want to thank all the staff that helped me with my loan and securing a car, I really appreciate the hard work you guys put in for me. I'd recommend anyone whose credit is a little shaky to come to Dick Hannah, they do say yes.
Went here expecting to leave with something I didn’t like or want, after meeting our salesmen and watching the team get to work to find me the best deal I felt better. Our salesmen was awesome!
