I love these people, very genuine and honest. They got me into a great car at an affordable price . I love my car, thanks to Mike and his people. I highly recommend them.
I searched the Portland / Vancouver area and Mike and his staff had a great selection. The price for my car was very competitive and I have had no problems since I purchased it. Fantastic experience!!!!
I went there to check out a car I found car guru. I had immediate reservations as I approached there...lot if you can call it that. Two run down houses with a bunch of cars in the front yard is what it looked like. There was no one to greet me and there office seemed like where they live. I explained my situation, that I'm only really there to get a loan to help rebuild my credit. After a awkward pause an older gentleman told me to fill out an app and showed me the truck I was looking for...it was an immediate no go with the truck. I then asked if we could just see what my options are for a loan and was told it would take up to three days. This was a huge red flag. I was looking to leave the lot with a truck that day with a down payment and there was zero interest in selling me anything. I asked for my application back as I didn't feel comfortable leaving with my personal information and got the hell out of there. When I went to the main house for my application back there was a baby gate up in the entry door and behind the gate a barking pitbull to greet me! If there ever was a car lot used as a drug front...this is what I imagine it would look like. I will never set foot here again and I suggest you look elsewhere as well.
Utter rip off!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!! Bought a car from them and got 25 miles and the engine seised. No help from them and told me that I was out of luck. Again AVOID these rip off artists!!~!!!!
Worst experience with an auto seller I've experienced. I live 1 1/2 hours away, called them and told them I was interested in a vehicle and they said they would hold it for me, as I was on my way. When I arrived, we arrived to a lot that was reminiscent of a junk yard, no one approached us and introduced themselves, and as we opened the door to their "office" their dog lunged at my 2 year daughter. They had sold the vehicle we drove out to look at right out from under us after telling us they would hold it, and the other vehicle we were looking had different pricing than what was listed on their website. I would not recommend their business.
