Had my first encounter with Dr. Eric and his staff today. Impressed I was... They worked with my hectic work schedule and are open late during the week for those of us that can't escape work until after 5PM. Staff is very friendly and very detailed oriented with the paperwork needed for my insurance. Hadn't found a Dentist since I relocated to the area until now. I would definitely recommend Dr. Eric to all of my friends and family. Great easy to find location that was also very warm and inviting. Glad I found them!!!
I was honestly surprised that my experience was so negative in light of the glowing reviews. The dentist himself may be great, but the staff is SUPREMELY incompetent. Only go to Padden Dental if you want to take time off work to be told you never had an appointment, for documents to be lost, for insurance to never be filed, etc... what an exercise in frustration. Trust me, find another dental office and save yourself the headache.
My experience with Padden Dental has been top notch. The staff is pleasant and helpful, the office is nice and clean, and Dr. Dahlen is personable and professional. They have squeezed me in when I had a concern or time-sensitive issue, and I've been nothing but pleased by everything I've had done there. I trust the advice and work I receive and I hope to never have to find another dentist.
I have been to MANY dentists before this one and I am so happy to have found Padden Dental. Everyone is extremely friendly and genuinely care. Dr. Dahlen is extremely knowledgeable and very fast. Best dentist I've ever had! Thank you for being awesome!
These guys are amazing!!!!! I just moved here from las vegas and had a dental emergency, the staff was very helpful with all my questions over the phone n offered to open the doors early the next morning to accommodate my work schedule and issues...I was in n out in the morning before I knew it with a tooth pulled painlessly n efficiently. The dentist I dealt with was very easy to talk to and explained things in plain English instead of dentistry jargon... bottom line ***** 5 star service gets a 5 star rating
