To be seen at this office you have to sign an Arbitration agreement. I decided to cancel my appointment since I don't like to give up my rights. By signing this agreement I would be giving up my right to due process under the law and to be forced into an arbitration instead of all legal options available to me without signing this agreement.
In general, I don't give up my rights for any reason. So many people have fought and died for our rights and I don't think they should be signed away so easily.
I unstand they have to protect themselves but who's going to protect me?!? Not the courts or law enforcement if they are negligent, if I sign this agreement. I have an appointment with 2 other Naturopaths and neither of them have required this of me yet (and hopefully they wont).
I've been looking for a naturopath near me and checking out a variety of them and I thought this would be a good office to go to especially since they offer a free 15 minute consultation (which went well) but I am just not willing to give up any rights just to get medical treatment.
Actually that arbitration agreement was only enforced with Dr. Sheryl Wagner. Dr. Heather Boyd-Roberts, never had you sign away your rights. I was not able to remove this review so I had to add an explanation since it was in error.
