As a person and a doctor hes not very fun to be around, but other than that he did a good job and I would recommend him to others.
as a doctor, I think this guy did a great job. He really helped me out and fixed my nose, there was a stitch left in my nose but nothing serious. However, every time I saw him he seemed to be trying to rush me out of the room as fast as humanely possible. There seemed to be a fake vernier of compassion and it was quite obvious. I couldnt tell if this is because his bosses are really demanding on time and quotas, he was really afraid of criticism or being sued, or just a big ego.
The doctors here do really great job.
Dr, Bloom and his office were absolutely amazing. I had to go in to have my tonsils removed and a tube put in my ear. Never had surgery before in my life. He made me feel comfortable and was able to crack jokes to make me feel better. Would recommend to everyone. The office itself is wonderful, and everyone there is kind.
I met Dr. Berinstein when I clumsily caught my leg on my purse, and I was thrown out of my SUV on to the pavement and crushed my nose. I sat in the emergency room for 5 hours and left feeling like no one really has any empathy in the medical field. I made an appointment the next day with a ENT doctor who seemed to emulate that same mind thought I got from the hospital. Let me say this hospital was not Salmon Creek. Unhappy with this doctors attitude, I decided to look at reviews and pick another doctor. I called Dr. Berinsteins office and the made an effort to squeeze me in the very next morning before the scheduled appointments. Dr. Bernstein then took time the out of his Memorial day weekend to cast my nose and showed me care and respect. When I thanked him, he just said it was the right thing to do. Can we please clone this person, because we sure need many many more people like this in the world. Thank you Dr. Todd Berinstein, you are what doctors should strive to be.
EDIT: I got the wrong impression, Todd even went out of his way to make sure he could help me with what he could. Hes just a busy person but he showed that he cares about his patients. We need more doctors like him.
