We love, love Dr James Roberts however the office staff is aweful. We put up with it for years because we love Dr Roberts but we finally just changed Dr's cause we couldn't take the staff anymore. It took them days to call us back, they were rude. If Roberts ever leaves that office, we would run back to him. Great Dr aweful staff. Too bad

I had 4 years of great experience with Dr Roberts. The other low star ratings were probably because of the business he works for and that office staff. If he ever moves to a new practice he will be my new Dr.
