Vennesa was very helpful when I called because I could not reach my own clinic. She worked things out for me and did an amazing job of assisting me.

I'm so disappointed, I've had an ear infection for 2 weeks (diagnosed by an urgent care facility, because i can't get through on the phone) and I've been on antibiotics for 1 week (prescribed by a different urgent care center, because I can't get through on the phone). I can't hear out of my left ear, I'm in pain, and I CAN'T GET A HOLD OF MY DOCTOR'S OFFICE.

At the clinics I've visited previously none of this is normal and both individuals in relationship were treated fairly.

This is a terrible clinic and highly inefficient!! It is targeted for low income people and so they will only provide the bare minimum of care. You can only be seen for a single thing at a time, they prey on patients and require they be seen at many separate visits for every little thing... costing the state even more. How is that ok? But Dr Rizavi refused to give me an antidepressant or help continue to treat my hypothyroidism... instead referring me out. She literally referred me out for almost everything I ever saw her for. Don't go here!!!

Very dissatisfied with this clinic and will be choosing another to see from now on!!

As unfortunate as it is to say, If you do choose this clinic, men just stay home, this place seems to dislike the male gender and only caters to the female in the relationship!

Also, the dr you see, most likely won't be the one delivering your baby, the doctors are on call which means you likely won't have your own dr birth your baby which is not okay with me nor a lot of other people. They make sure and put this in a pamphlet they hand you and don't tell you, so make sure you read the pamphlet.

The Salmon Creek office shuts their phone lines down 2 hours early every night. The clinic itself closes at 7pm. I know this because I work until 5pm, and cannot call the office during the day because I'm on hold 30 minutes every time I call, and work a busy job with interrupted breaks. I've been calling every night for 3 days after work and always receive "our office is currently closed". I get redirected to a Sea Mar call center who reiterates the number I called is correct and their phone line should be open until 7pm. Well, it isn't, and how in the world am I going to make an appointment? So I leave a message with the call center, every night, and it is never returned.

I'm a very understanding person, and I can see how doctor's offices get busy. But this is a consistent pattern of ineptitude. Once I get through I'm certain there will be no appointments for at least 2 weeks, as well. What exactly is the point?

I wouldn't be giving any stars but then I couldn't write a review. I have polycystic ovaries and one ruptured. Because of the opioid issue in Vancouver, they wouldn't prescribe anything but ibuprofen. After taking the ovary out, they prescribed 6 Vicodin. Also, the phones will ring long that a message says to hang up and call later and it disconnects you. When I was a patient there, English was the Dr's second language.

Certified joke. Would not recommend going to the women's clinic unless you're a single low income mother, this place made me feel like I wasn't the father of my baby and that the father is unimportant in the pregnancy. I was required to sit outside in the waiting room for about 15-20 minutes while my fiancé went back. Which I found odd because my fiancé and I have been pregnant before and I was able to be back there for the entire duration. When I went back they were directing all communication to my fiancé and I was rarely acknowledged as if this wasn't my baby and I was just a friend tagging along. However I was intrigued to learn what they had to say but did not get the info I desired because the (sexist it seems) nurses wouldn't allow me to be involved in the conversation. On top, my fiancé was asked multiple times if she felt safe in the relationship which leads me to believe they don't involve the fathers much at this establishment. As another lady walks in to discuss some pamphlets, she acknowledges my fiancé but doesn't say a word to me and starts going over things with my fiancé. 5 minutes into it, "and you are?" "her fiancé.." I reply "oh sorry I always direct everything towards the patient and don't pay attention to the other person haha"
