IN MY OPINION, my experience with Allstate and Kevin Saddler was a disaster. My family signed up for a 6 month liability only policy through their website for our vehicles, which we paid in full and even received a paid in full discount. 5 months into our 6 month policy we get a notice that we were past due on an additional charge. We contacted Kevin to explain that there must be a mistake and we provided proof of paying our 6 month policy in full. Instead of owning their mistake, Allstate spent 2 weeks "investigating" to determine "what went wrong" which was code for them to find any reason to legitimize the charge. Keep in mind Allstate ran our driving records prior to us signing up for our 6 month policy which is customary for all insurance providers. We just received a letter that claims we still owe the charge even though we paid in full and have had no infractions. Do yourself a favor and do not sign up with Kevin and Allstate unless you want to risk this fiasco happening to you. Needless to say we went to another insurance provider and even received a cheaper pemium than Allstate was offering for us to renew, even though we had no infractions during the 6 month policy.

Been with Kevin Saddler for over 10 years and throughout 3 moves, 12 new cars, and 2 wrecks he has always been extremely helpful. If we haven't been in contact for a while he will call us to make sure we have everything we need.
