Worst customer service I've ever experienced. After being lied to about the "deal" they were giving me, they showed no intention of correcting it and were very quick to cancel my policy with them. Will never recommend their services~
All you are to them is a monthly payment as long as your payment is coming in thay will be nice and courteous to you. But soon as you file a claim they want nothing to do with you and they hide behind their policies and rules with no consideration to your property I pay them $3000 a year and I have a couple vandals bust out some windows in my vehicles they won't even cover any part of it or give me a rental car or have my car towed to the place to get it fixed whether or not I had that type of coverage they should have at least done something considering the high premiums that I have to pay monthly and I have full coverage on all of my vehicles and home
