Becky backs up her agents regardless if they are right or if the customer is right. Becky is here to pocket your money and not to help you with your insurance. Several times, our policy was cancel and our premiums have gone up each time. Asked to get paperwork with detailed billing and all I was given was something I could have probably printed off. Everyone at that office is rude and disrespectful. I actually had Kim laugh at me once when we made a payment error and made a payment on our house policy when the amount due was $0.00, Instead of the auto policy which then resulted in our auto policy being canceled. When Becky came out, she told me it is okay to laugh in these type of situations. Alright then, I would not recommend this agency to my worst enemy.
The policies that the company deals with payments changes when it suits them instead of shooting the customer so they canceled policies when it's actually paid
I've had a great experience with American Family Insurance since becoming a member 2 years ago. They insure my manufactured home as well as 2 vehicles. When I had an accident and my rates increased I called them and let them know the circumstances ( an older gentleman had run into me) they checked it out with the Sheriff's dept. and immediately adjusted my rate back where it was before. They host annual customer appreciation events and the day at Bi-zi Farms was great! Food, Starbucks, hay bale maze and tower, face painting, free sodas, free professional photos! And the tractor ride out to the output patch to pick our own pumpkin was the highlight for my Grandson! Great people here!
