Well at first... they were the best people i had dealt with, I had so many things go wrong but she hung in there and helped me all the way..... Unfortunately her co worker ruined that... When i was done with the truck I brought it back he then proceeded to run my card again as i had told her the previous day there was just enough in my account to cover the truck and since it was still a pending transaction it would not take the second charge he lied and said i called him names and hung up on him. I checked my account and i did have enough in there to cover the u-haul, they then kicked me out of the storage with no where to go with all my stuff. They were unreasonable, spiteful and vicious. If i could find out who owned it i would definitely be calling.
We maintain their grounds, so we,re there every week but we see gr8 customer service.
