Long story short, I left my 7 ft metal bed struts in the truck (my bad). I called and asked if they had them. The kid said he didn't know and I could "Call and complain to his manager on Monday." I explained I just was looking for my things. Ended up going there and asking another associate the same thing. Without checking he said no. I ended up extracting my things from the side of the building blatantly next to the front door. Rude. Unprofessional. Never again. Not the person to complain, but they literally had no intention to help after I had spent $200. Just wanted my stuff. I hope this makes it to the owner of the location. Hope you all make informed decisions of the possible rudeness and negligence that they are capable of. In customer service, the owner/manager is only as good as the people they employ.
Very helpful. Got us a nice truck to move with. Will use again, as we have another trip to make with the rest of our stuff.
Dropped off the truck right at closing and forgot some cash in the glove box. Amazingly enough it disappeared. I am not surprised by this, but I will go out of my way to use a different moving company from now on.
I was helped by an employee named David. He was helpful, kind and acknowledged me by saying hi and asking if he could help me as soon as I walked into the store. He offered to help look out for passing cars when I needed to back up my car, because he saw that the boxes were slightly obstructing my view. Thanks for your help David! You're much appreciated.
This is one of the best u-hual stores I have dealt with. The rep helped me on the phone and then did a great job having everything mg ready when I got to the office. Very friendly and helpful. Great customer service.
