This is a GREAT company to work for! If you treat the equipment better than if it were your own you will fit right in. The dispatcher Mark is one of the best dispatchers I have ever had the privilege to work with. His no BS attitude is the best. He is a very understanding guy to boot. Joel on the other hand, what you see is what you get. He has an old-school approach of running things his way. He didn't acquire this good loonkin' herd of top notch trucks by being a slacker. If you don't want to wash, polish, wax & buff your rig. This place isn't for you. I sure miss running those rigs. Driving truck in Alaska is a whole different ball game.
