Looking for your phone number today and noticed the 4.8 star review rating on Google. I had to read them so I could see who gave you less than 5 stars :-) There were none, not sure how Google can give you a 4.8 then. But if I could I would give you a 6 star rating. Over the many years I have dealt with your agency, not once have I had less than a great experience with Julie or her staff. I unfortunately had to put in a claim for a large theft on my renters insurance a couple years ago. State Farm was extremely helpful and timely in getting the full value for the stolen property. I was dreading the amount of paperwork I might have to do. I had photos of the property, which I'm sure speed the process up and reduced paperwork. In the end it was so much easier than I anticipated. Great agency and great insurance.

I don't honestly know how long I've known Julie and her team (I'd name all of the names but come on!). I'm a retired GM that worked in the disaster industry for around 20 years. I have State Farm. I've processed thousands of claims in my life, with more carriers than I can count.

What a mistake. Julie sold us a policy that was wrong for our situation. We had a claim and they never called back. So I had to find a 800 number they were rude at best.
When I called back to this office they said there was nothing they could do. No suggestions no help no support. Julie never called us, a person from her office called us after multiple calls. She said you have to deal with corporate with a claim. Julie NEVER called or came by.
Then when I started asking questions about all our policies they said that their policy did not cover our situation. When asked why did you sell us the policy the office said well you have basic insurance. When pushed why didn't you say that there are things state Farm doesn't insure they had no answer.
