Ward Jewell State Farm is an excellent insurance agency. My vehicle was recently totaled in an accident caused by the other driver. Ward and State Farm quickly worked to make sure I found a replacement vehicle and took care of me very well. I recommend them highly.
Very unprofessional business owner. Lied to me, acted like he is a good guy and friendly, also towed my car parked in his parking lot for a very little amount of time. I would never recommend going to a person that run his business very unprofessional.
I've known Ward both Professionally and Personally for many years, since before he was an Agent. I've retired from the disaster restoration industry after 20+ years. Take it from a Former GM who: Fixed Ward's office when it was Goldie's after the remodel and they had a flood, been in his Mom's house doing water damages going back 16 years..I could go on. Suffice it to say that Ward is a good guy. And his office has been a Staple for State Farm agency's forever.
We had been State farm customers for almost ten years and Cathy convinced us to switch to Geico in one 7 minute phone call. She was beyond rude! At one point I thought I was possibly being pranked. I truly hope this call was recorded for someone to listen to and that Cathy gets the appropriate training to learn how to speak to customers. We switched the same day and are happier already.
