They marked my car to remove a bunch of small dings and a free detail and wash. The dings are still there and there was a horrible excuse of detailing done. They didn't even vacuum the floors. Won't be back
When it was Alpine the service and work was pretty good. Then kadels had for a short while till Abra took over. These guys do okay work but there customer service is really lacking and they take twice as long to complete repairs then Alpine. But figured I would give them a shot cuz there close to the house. Don't think I'll be back even if I have to go all the way to Portland. That and there Mgr. Dave isn't good at returning calls.
Excellent service. Did a great job on the body work and even had my car ready a day earlier than expected. Picked up and dropped off the rental car here without even having to go to Enterprise. Highly recommended.
They got my truck repaired in just a couple of days. Can't even tell it was damaged
Very friendly and quality service from the first contact made to the follow-up once I got my car back. The tech manager was so knowledgeable and kept in constant contact with me about everything that was being done while my car was being repaired. Very pleased with the work they did and have had no issues at all. Their front desk manager is so pleasant and nice. She definitely knows how to make you feel comfortable and was so professional. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.
