I have had a major service (timing belt) that was completed on time, in a professional manner and at a reasonable cost. The service advisors are great too! I've also had minor issues repaired and was pleased with price and results.
Pricey as all heck, but they never screwed me over. Typically went for maintenance work like fluids, I can't afford to have anything else done there. Julio is very knowledgeable his people skills leave something to be desired but honestly his knowledge and technical aptitude make up for any customer service issues.
These are a great bunch of guys that do fast , clean work . I was in a bind driving up to Seattle and my rotor and ball joint went at the bank . Within An hour tow truck was there and my car was being assessed by a professional. Julio was an incredible soul who will treat you right and get your car back running asap.
Gaynor's Automotive is a great repair shop they are honest and trust worthy. They stand behind there word and get it done right. We have been using Gaynor's for over 25 years. Took my work truck to them because the heater wasn't working they said the radiator needed replaced and that worked for a couple day's and it quit working again after a couple day's so I took it back and they blew out the heater core this time and it has been working great ever since and that was 3 month's ago and they did that at no charge. Highly recommend Gaynor's Automotive.
I have been going to these guys exclusively for 2 years and they do all the work on my pizza delivery car. It's hard to find a shop you can trust and these guys rock. Julio, that works up front, is a true gentleman and has always been conscientious with my budget and needs. I cannot praise them enough.
