Repaired flat and rotation for no charge. I was a drop in customer and was out in 45 minutes. Great Firestone tires and service.
I am selecting 1 star as that it the lowest that it will let me select. Worst tires I have ever purchased and one leaked from the day of install forward. After bringing it in multiple times to correct the problem, which they never did, they finally replaced the tire and charged us another $15 for a warranty. Go to Les Schuab, they understand good service. This company has no idea what that means and their product is far less superior.
Went to get front breaks done Took 6 hours and mechanic looks like he doesn't know what he's doing and costed 265$ never comeing here again
I have a pretty low mazdaspeed that most shops would turn down from an alignment. This firestone did my previous car when no one else would, and my current. Only downside is when they were getting the car off the ramp, the sideskirt tore off. They took full responsibility immediately (when it isn't anyone's fault) and already ordered me a brand new one. Should be here in 3-4 days, thanks guys :)
