Terrible. I could hear them talking about how messy my car was. I did not ask for rude comments I asked for an oil change. Customer service was awful. I felt disappointed and the fact that they gave me a free car wash doesn't help because I will not be back.
Pulled up no cars waiting. Two techs stood and talked, ignored me for several minutes before directing me into the shop. Seemed like helping me was an inconvenience to their day.
Did my oil change on my car and the next day it had oil flooding...For expensive prices you guys should step up your game.
Car pulled in behind me. No greeting or anything as she waited 10 min. for my oil change to be completed I remember much better service in the past.
Quick and fast. But expensive. Did a good job and you get a free car wash and other coupons each visit
After completing the oil change, gave me no feedback, did not check air filter. Not sure I will ever be back . $32.47 oil change with no service.
