Anyone with an automobile should check out this local shop...they are FANTASTIC!!! From your basics like oil changes, coolant flushes, tire rotations to service work and major issues, this is the place to go. Conveniently located in Salmon Creek - auto repair with integrity!

Had to have my car towed. Called the owner the next day and he wanted me to have them do the repairs on the transmission. (which you can't repair by the way - the whole thing has to be replaced). Hilarious to me that he thought I would ever allow them to even change a headlight bulb there again.

Second: they had flushed my transmission not even 6 months previously.

You'd think if you messed up so badly that you would insure that the person you just royally screwed over you would be thoughtful enough to be nice to them? No, every phone call was met with more rudeness. His wife called me one day in the morning and left a voicemail. That was it. No offer to help me out with the headache they caused.

I've been waiting to write this review and the headache they caused is finally coming to an end. It's been over 7 months.

I forgot to explain their diversity regarding types of vehicles they worked on for me. Mitsubishi, GMC, Ford, Jeep, and now our Dodge.

After all of this, I finally got my car back and it's basically the same car as it was before.

Last and most disturbingly: my car started shaking and shuddering while on the freeway and the check engine light came on. Diagnositic sensor showed the exact thing they were supposed to have fixed: low coil ignition. I live 1 mile from work and haven't driven even 500 miles since they "fixed" my car. While repairing, my mechanic discovered 2 out of the 4 spark plugs were cross threaded and EVERY SINGLE CLIP HAD BEEN BROKEN ON THE COIL HARNESS.

You will never see my business again. If my transmission fails because of the recent repairs that had to be done because of your negligence - you will absolutely be hearing from me in court.

Well a couple trips later and I'm stuck on the side of I-5 for about 2 hours. My transmission had seized up because they had drained the gear oil and put gear oil into my CVT transmission. It was scary stuff. I was livid. The car didn't even have 40,000 miles on it.

This shop is a gem! Their approach to auto repair is truly to serve their customers well. I've been telling everyone I know to pay them a visit for their automotive needs. You won't be disappointed.

Beyond negligent.

They are so knowledgeable and having that certification is big. They also take great care of their employees. But they do expect employees to be kind to customers because customers come first.

Cory & the staff are great! I was having multiple issues with my Mini and they were patient and thorough answering ALL of my questions. They were able to diagnose and fix my car both timely and affordably and exceeded above my expectations.

Even if it wasn't the owner doing repairs - he oversees the work in the shop. He also dealt with me terribly. Made me feel like crap for wanting to get my car fixed properly.

So I got to deal with their insurance. Which was beyond annoying and frustrating. I've spent countless hours making phone calls, visiting the dealership, emailing documents, rental cars.... you name it. Even having to talk with my insurance company.

Third: water pump had been replaced over the winter and wasn't even a year old. I hadn't lost a drop of water and wasn't experiencing overheating issues whatsoever.

The best value auto shop in Clark County. Honest service and skilled technicians. We've been using NW Imports for years.

The only thing I was left with was time to boil. Time to make sure that my family never goes there. All my friends. My wife and I had been taking our cars there for years. My wife's family too.

The NEW business owners do an outstanding job. They take care of their customers. Their integrity is great! They have taken care of my cars and treated me with the utmost respect. The prices are very comparable to other automotive repair businesses. What makes them standout is they put their customers experience first. BEST customer service and my cars run and work great because of them. Thank you for taking care of my cars!!!!

First: my Camry clearly states synthetic oil only. They filled with regular oil and I had to drive right back and have them drain it. They had added Power Punch at a cost of $50 which was drained. And then charged me additional for the synthetic oil.

Brought my car here at the end of May for faulty ignition coils. They changed plugs and coils, then also diagnosed a faulty water pump and insisted I needed new tires (refused) and my transmission serviced. My husband approved the services not knowing I had just serviced my transmission WITH THEM. The bill was over $1200.

Get this, I had to call them back again to get them to refund me for the work they did. That was a perfect opportunity to mail me more than just a check with my name on it. For all the hours I spent dealing with this, you would think that a gift card or even an apology card would have been nice? Maybe a free car wash or an oil change? Maybe a dinner out? Nope.

They destroyed my CVT transmission in a new Subaru. How you ask? Well, I went in for a simple differential (gear oil) fluid change. It was so simple.
