I ordered a set of trailer tires, made an appointment 2 days out, dropped off the old ones that day, picked them up the next, ready to go. What's not to like, these guys are great!
This place has changed dramatically – it is no longer about customer service it is about their bottom line. Gone are the days when you could drop in and get a tire rotation or a couple of new tires – now appointments are made weeks in advance. Our families have purchased tires and look forward to their high quality of service at Costco for years – but from now on my business will be going to Les Schwab.
