Took my car in for break pad replacements and new rotors today, Already had a quote of nearly $1000 from another location so I was shopping around to see where I could get a better price. The other place had also said it would take nearly a week to get the parts and have it done, but at Lemon-aid I brought my car in at 2pm, then had it back completely done and fixed by 5pm the same day! All parts replaced and tested for just under $300! Everyone was also very friendly and welcoming from the moment I came in to drop off the car to the moment I picked it up, they even worked a bit past closing to make sure I got it back today to be able to make it to my classes!
Worst customer service experience. Condescending and irritable.

Haha - good service, bad service, you're lucky to find this shop - your car will get what it needs fairly and squarely from this outfit. No big phone menu so a person answers and what you ask for is attended to in a reasonably short time, and is done properly and thoroughly (at least for my cars), and I don't feel overly miserable at what it cost. I mean really - nice people in this mom and pop business, and they have top flight credentials and experience - not the classiest of waiting rooms or general ambiance, in my opinion; but nice enough, too - they give me a ride if I need one - who's bellyaching about service - I think yer nuts or an only child - Lemon Aid, if you have to get work done, is the place to start.
We have been doing business with Lemonaid for 16 years. Our family was one of Walt's first customers. He has done work on all of our vehicles. Without his talent we would have had to scrap our cars many times over. Thanks to him we haven't had a car payment in almost 20 years. Walt has a wonderful analytical and mechanical ability.
