Twice within a couple of weeks I used All County to tow two of my vehicles. They were super quick to arrive, and very friendly. Their drivers are very personable, and I wouldn't mind taking a ride with those guys anytime! It was a blessing to interact with the All County folks.
Our experience was perhaps different in others in that we then spent the next three plus hours in the cab with Chris. He's such a nice and decent guy. Great sense of humor. Added some insight on what likely happened to the car that we could pass along to our mechanic (things he'd seen in his years of towing experience). He was patient with us and the length of the trip (over 160+ miles), even though he knew he'd not get home until well after 1 or 2 a.m. Chris joined in on our conversations, adding his own views and humor too. Plus a few stories that kept us entertained. He obviously loves what he does for a living and we were all the more lucky for that.
I had to get my car towed tonight and cannot explain how great the service was. I was trapped in the middle of the freeway with no assistance and was helped in under an hour. The driver was super nice and courteous and genuinely wanted to help. Big thanks to you guys!!

Perhaps the longest tow of our driver Chris's 15 year experience... Our car broke down just outside of Vancouver, WA. My friend and I were pretty much stranded and in need to getting not only ourselves, but my car, back to Issaquah, 18 miles east of Seattle. My husband wasn't too thrilled with not knowing who was driving his wife and friend back home. Chris was awesome. He arrived on schedule and efficiently went to work putting the car on the flatbed. I watched carefully as he worked around a gas truck filling up the tanks at the station within a few feet of where we were stranded. Our Z-3 BMW has a very low frame and Chris took care to use extra boards so the car didn't scrape front or rear. He cleaned out a few things from the cab giving us extra legroom. When I was concerned that my phone was below 10% battery power and I needed to stay in touch with my husband Chris offered to let me plug it in and recharge on the drive up.
I had to get my car towed to a mechanic today, and they were extremely friendly and helpful. I usually don't recommend businesses, but I felt like the service was so good that I had to give them a 5 star rating online so other people can have equally positive experiences!
