will never hire again, they were supposed to ship two cars, only shipped one and then when we called to get the money back for the other car that wasn't shipped they won't answer our calls and uf they do, they keep on bouncing us around from department to department until they call fails. Basically they are thieves. Besides when you hire their services they tell you all of that of how they are a family owned business and how they personally take care of the car and how the drivers belong to them and then what was our surprise when a driver from a different comoany came to pick up our car and explained that they were brokers and the $750 we had payed them in advance was not for the transport of the car, it was their own fee and that shipping the car actually cost only 800 instead of the 1500 they were charging us. i hope nobody else has to go through this. 4th time calling today ti get the miney back from the car that wasn't shipped and no answer.
