Disappointed... the last time we brought our pug in for a dog spa day was the last with this company. I was not there, my 13 year old daughter brought him in and came out with tears. She said they were rude and made her feel like garbage. With so many options to take your animal/family member, I would recommend a company that wants and appreciates your business. Sadley Rozo does not.
Best dog groomers in the region, probably best in the world! The staff is really amazing and they care for our animals like they care for their own. The dogs love to go to Rozo' s. They are now selling small toys and accessories, too. Rozo is the best!
Love, love, love this place they are so wonderful and the environment has always been calmer and very clean every time we've taken our dog. Rozo's is what every dog spa should aspire to!
I take my 11 year old lab mix in regularly for a bath, massage, and general clean up. She is always treated well and the staff are friendly and do a good job.
