I took a Lyft to this hospital (cheaper than an ambulance) because I had extreme body pains all over my body. Found out I had gall bladder issues and after consult, neededremoved. They had hardly any wait (surprising for flu season spikes lately) and were very prompt in all they did. The staff was exceptional on the 6th floor and rarely used my call light as they were very attentive and tended to my every need and then some. The surgery staff from a local clinic were very knowledgeable and personable making a point to meet with my family and introducing each other bringing that personal comfort and trust. I will 100% support this hospital than any other (hopefully won't be that much support) and will spread the word. In and out in less than 33 hours. The views out my window was pleasing to look at and the rooms seemed upscale. Great job Legacy and thank you!

The first time I went, I hurt my shoulder so bad I couldn't even move it.
I LOVE EMERGENCY LEGACY WAY WAAAAY BETTER THAN SOUTH WEST HOSPITAL. IT'S MAYBE FAR FROM WHERE I LIVE BUT I STILL GO TO LEGACY SALMON CREEK IT'S WORTH IT.
Now his eye is swelling shut and they're spreading.

Slow! Fast check in, fast pre-doctor stuff, slow long wait in lobby. Been here about hour and half, seemed like no one was going in. Once in every one seems helpful, it's just all really slow, I think I got here about 10:30 something, it's 1:55 and I'm sitting in the lobby with a IV ready stuck in my arm waiting for test results. It's not mega busy, seems like surely this could go faster for everyone. It's 2:18, still sitting in waiting room waiting. ......seriously slow. Hope hospital read reviews.
Then yesterday I had to take my fiance in. He had bug bites that started turning into half dollar size blisters all over his arm over night. Finally get in and the doctor walks in, didn't even read his chart, and started of with " Howd you burn yourself?"
He had to sit there and explain they were bug bites not burns, and she straight up said
Didn't even really examine. Just a quick glance at them. Was in and out five minutes.
So the xray tech yelled at me because I couldn't even lift my arm. He then proceeded to force it up while i screamed in pain then yelled at me to hold it. Then nothing came up on xray so they told me to leave. Never even once actually examining my shoulder. And still four months later I can't lift things.
