Around 3pm that day the call came in. She informed me that they did not have time to clean the interior of my car that day and that I would need to reschedule. On top of that, I was quoted a price that far exceeded what I paid for last year. I asked for a discount and was informed that was the discounted rate. At this point, I was over it and cancelled the service. Mind you, I lost a whole day without a vehicle in the process.
The inside & outside of my car looked AMAZING after getting it detailed. they didn't miss any details. I highly recommend them, great price and excellent work!
Again, I had my friend drive me across town to pick up my vehicle. At the very least, I was expecting they might have ran it through the car wash for the inconvenience. Nope. The girl at the front desk handed me my keys without even an apology for the incontinence. I will NEVER return.
Took my wife's '97 BMW 328I convertible in for a detail. It was like new when I brought it in. The detail looked fine, but shortly after I brought it home, I noticed the leather on the back seats began to get brittle and crack. Within a week or two, they were completely ruined. When I took it back in to ask how this could have happened, the owner refused to take responsibility. Must have been a bad mix on the interior cleaning chemicals they used, but he wouldn't do anything to compensate me. I went back and asked if he would split the cost on the $350 I had to spend at a junkyard to replace the rear seat...no deal! He wouldn't even refund me for the cost of the "detail". With this kind of customer service philosophy, I'm really surprised this place is still in business.
First, when I called the receptionist was completely unhelpful. Even though I explained to her that I wanted an interior detail, she encouraged me to get what they call the "express wax" which she said would include cleaning all interior surfaces (I have no carpet in my vehicle.) This was also the only option she gave me that was anywhere near what I paid last year so I figured she must know what she was talking about.
stopped by to watch my car wash and buy a Newyork seltzer. The seltzer was fabulous. Every person I have interacted with here are knowledgeable had could answer just about every-problem I had or just Made up. Finished product was world class.

Worst customer service experience I have had in quite some time. I took my 2010 FJ Cruiser to this location a year ago and they did a good job so thought I would return even though this location is very much inconvenient for me. Regardless, I was willing to wait the 1 1/2 weeks it took to get an appointment. I use my vehicle for work so having it out of commission for a whole day really impacted my productivity but I thought it would be worth it for a quality service.
If I wanted to take my car through the car wash I wouldn’t have driven across town, waited nearly two weeks OR asked a friend a huge favor by having her pick me up and drop me. The man informed me that the receptionist would call me to discuss this matter further.
I dropped my vehicle off at 9am and waited in the lobby for some time before poking my head in the shop to get someone’s attention. When I spoke with the man inside (he was very friendly) he informed me that what was scheduled does not include services on the interior. He explained the “interior cleaning” wasn’t any more “detailed” than what they do at the car wash next door.
Worst Experience Ever, do not waste your money and time going here. I can tell my car was cleaned but not near what I have received in the past at different places. Had my car detailed inside and out. Can tell the car was washed and waxed but did not do a great job. Wheels were not that clean, could still see the wax in some places and unlike other places did not buff out the imperfections. The inside windows still had smears on them, the screen was still dirty, the dash still had dust on it and you can tell where they wiped stuff down and did not bother to wipe the rest off. Pretty horrible service in my opinion. I could have done the same thing myself and not wasted 200 bucks. I will make the trip across the bridge and take my car to Ace Car Reconditioning where they do a wonderful job for the same price. Will never be returning and would not recommend them to anyone. They did have nice customer service but the job they did was horrible.
Word of advice from a colleague- try a mobile detailing service! I’ve since looked it up online and the prices were MUCH better hopefully without the headache.
